1. THE SILK MATT UV FINISH
Surface treatments are widely available and vary in price depending on the high-quality wood species and desired appearance. The Silk Matt UV finish has an ultra-matte gloss that is within 5% of a naturally oiled finish while retaining the wear resistance and anti-scratch properties of the UV lacquer.
2. REAL SOILD WOOD WEAR LAYER
Natural flooring is thought to be of higher quality and last longer because it can be sanded and refinished if necessary in the future and has a stronger wear layer. Regardless of wear layer thickness, the majority of engineered wood floors can be recoated, and if properly maintained and cared for, all engineered floors can last a long time, making them a worthwhile investment.
3. SUPPORTIVE CENTRAL CORE
The core of the engineered wood floor is made of a softwood, high density fiberboard, or plywood composite, which makes it more adaptable and produces a more stable floor, especially in environments with fluctuating moisture levels.
